Now more than ever, it is important for us to take time for ourselves to relax and practice calming/mindfulness activities on a regular basis. One of my favorite calming activities is listening to mindfulness/relaxation videos on YouTube. Listen to the video below and use this as a resource to calm yourself down when you are feeling overwhelmed, upset, or stressed. You can even listen to mindfulness videos when you are feeling good and just want to take a relaxation break. I hope you enjoy the video! :)
