Coping skills are tools that we use to help us handle difficult emotions (i.e., anger, stress, worry, sadness, etc.) and get us feeling calm or back to our own "normal".
This worksheet will help walk you through different coping skills that you could use on a regular basis to face your fears, calm yourself down, and to cheer yourself up!
